Environmental Systems Analysis group at Wageningen University (WU) analyses, interprets, simulates and communicates complex environmental problems from different perspectives. The research of the ESA group combines ecological, economic, technological and policy perspectives in order to develop new insights in the causes, effects and potential solutions to complex environmental issues. Employees of the group have a long standing record to analyse countries’ international commitments on climate change, their climate related polices and their effect on their greenhouse gas emissions.
